Park Place is an apartment complex in Ann Arbor located on the northwest corner of Stadium Boulevard and Pauline Boulevard. Originally built in 1967, the apartment complex is now owned and managed by McKinley.

The complex contains a total of 312 apartment units ranging in size from 624 sq. foot 1 bedroom units to 812 sq. foot 2 bedroom units. The complex also contains a swimming pool, fitness center, and laundry facilities. Park Place is located along AATA bus routes No. 8 and No. 15.

Within walking distance from Park Place is Fritz Park, located off Pauline Blvd. east of Stadium Blvd., just south of Eberwhite Elementary School.

Children living in Park Place apartments are in the Ann Arbor school district and attend Eberwhite Elementary School, Slauson Middle School, and Pioneer High School.
