The Quirk Dramatic Arts Building on the Eastern Michigan University campus houses the Sponberg Theatre and the Communication and Theater Arts Department. Built in 1959 in the International/Modern style, it was named for Daniel L. Quirk, Jr., a patron of the little Theater movement in Ypsilanti.
