Robert Cantelon, co-owner of Arbor Farms Market, sells a lot of turkey varieties, but get him talking about a specially raised Amish turkey from Homer Michigan and there's reverence in his voice. Cantelon visited the farm, about 14 miles south of Jackson, to see for himself how the turkeys from David Schmucker's Hillcrest Farm looked.
