Dexter Schools Superintendent Robert Glass will be the new superintendent of Bloomfield Hills Schools, the district reported on its website.

Dexter Community Schools Superintendent Robert Glass will be before the Bloomfield Hills Schools Board of Education from 5 to 6:30 p.m. March 30 to interview for the open superintendent position. Glass was chosen to succeed Dexter's former superintendent, Evelynn Shirk, on Sept. 18, 2008 after the first round of interviews with four potential candidates from a pool of 20 fell through. He previously worked in the Birmingham school district as executive director of instruction.
