Ronald A. Jona, President of Ron Jona &, Associates Architects and Landtech, lnc., graduated from the University of Michigan in 1981 with a Master of Architecture Degree. In 1983 he was licensed in the State of Michigan and launched his own firm.

No proposal has been submitted to the city, but developer Ron Jona said he hopes to finalize the concept and present it to the community by mid-summer. As envisioned by Jona and his development team, the project - called “Ashley Promenade” - would be centered on Kline’s lot, now operated as a 140-space parking lot on the east side of South Ashley between Liberty and William streets.
