Sava’s State Street Café has come along way since the day nearly 15 months ago when the restaurant ran out of food. When Sava Lelcaj, 27, moved into the former Zanzibar’s in August 2009, she had no idea what to expect. Traffic was so heavy that first day that by closing time, most everything was sold out.
