An annual event in late August that consists of racing decorated shopping carts. The one in Ann Arbor is among the few in the nation. Generally starts at the Fleetwood Diner. The race is a part of Punk Week. The police are generally okay with the event, but worry for the riders' safety as the event is not official and the streets aren't blocked off. The event grows larger and larger every year, thanks to word of mouth.
