The women’s shoe shop, formerly located at 207 S. Fourth Ave., has moved around the corner to 209 E. Liberty St. to the space formerly held by Tortoise and Hare Running and Fitness Center. “We wanted something a little bit larger so we could offer a little bit more,” owner Tamar Fowler said.
