State Street Village is a proposed $10 million apartment development project to be constructed for Ann Arbor-based McKinley Inc. at 2221-2223 S. State St.
Ann Arbor City Council rezoned the relevant parcel from M1 (Limited Industrial) to O (Office District) in its August 18 2014 meeting, thus allowing for the development to proceed.
