The Wurst Bar opened at 705 W. Cross Street in Ypsilanti in January 2012, replacing long-time college bar Theo's. The foodie-sausage based bar/restaurant grinds all of its own meats, ranging from basic bratwurst to rattlesnake/chorizo and turducken wursts.
