Tim Horton's is a Canadian chain that serves primarily donuts in its American incarnation.
They were often found twinned with a Wendy's in the same spot, but after a demerger and independence in 2006 the Tim Horton's brand became a separate company. (It's complicated.)
The Canadian stores are more of a full service breakfast and lunch place.
