Traver Ridge is an apartment complex in Ann Arbor located north of the intersection between Traver Rd. and Tuebingen Pkwy. Originally built in 1973, the apartment complex is now owned and managed by McKinley.

The complex contains a total of 210 apartment units ranging in size from 850 sq. foot 1 bedroom units to 1125 sq. foot 3 bedroom units. The complex also contains a swimming pool, fitness center, and laundry facilities. Traver Ridge is located along AATA bus routes No. 1.

Within walking distance from Traver Ridge is Leslie Golfcourse, located off Traver Rd, southeast of the apartment complex.

Children living in Traver Ridge apartments are in the Ann Arbor school district and attend Logan Elementary School, Clague Middle School, Huron High School and Skyline High School.
