The Washtenaw Area Apartment Association (WAAA) is organized to advance, assist, foster and promote the growth, development and general welfare of the rental housing industry.
They are suing the City to stop the Early Leasing Ordinance. Their request for a preliminary injunction was denied in early December, 2021.
