Herman Weber founded the original restaurant in 1937. Over 75 years later, Weber’s has expanded its restaurant to include The Ventura Bar, Habitat Ultralounge and Weber's Inn. Weber’s is famous for their prime rib. The restaurant also features steaks and seafood. The Weber’s Wine Cellar has received the Award of Excellence from "The Wine Spectator" for over 12 years.
