Artist / vandal YpsiTooth (a.k.a. Captain Toof) has popped up repeatedly in Ypsilanti over the past few years. Sometimes, her markers are teeth drawn on large sheets of paper and tacked to decrepit buildings around town; other sightings have involved handmade plush teeth left atop the clock in the middle of Depot Town or at house parties. One story involves an YpsiTooth led gang in trenchcoats and masks bursting into the Sidetrack and spraypainting a tooth on the fireplace.

YpsiTooth's MySpace page declares, "I live and roll ONLY in Ypsilanti, Michigan. NEVER anywhere else. If you see me anywhere outside of Ytown, I've officially been kidnapped."
