Ypsilanti has two farmers' markets, as of 2006. Both of the markets are currently managed by Growing Hope and are hosted outdoors May through October.
The Saturday morning market, the Ypsilanti Depot Town Farmers Market, is held next to the Freighthouse in Depot Town at 100 Rice St from 9am to 1pm.
The Tuesday afternoon market, the Downtown Ypsilanti Farmers Market, is held at 16 S Washington St from 3pm to 7pm.
Growing Hope hosts an Ypsilanti Farmers Market Winter Market indoors at 16 S Washington St on Tuesdays from November 1 to December 20.
The Ypsilanti Farmers Markets accept all forms of food assistance (EBT/bridge card, Double Up Food Bucks, WIC Project FRESH, Senior Market FRESH, Prescription for Health and Hoophouses for Health) and Credit Card/Debit Cards.
