Description:  If you are looking for people who understand depression and bipolar disorder, this is the place to be.  "We Been There, We Can Help" is our motto.  We have several support groups for different needs.  Our goal is to provide hope, help, support and education to people who have mood disorders and to their supporters.

We have on average 15-20 people attend our Monday night group.   We break up into smaller groups of 6-8 people to have our discussions and support.  Some people share how their week has been and the issues that they have encountered, others have questions about medication or therapy, others just want to get their frustration off their chests.  We will listen and support you.

We do not publicly announce the meeting place to protect the privacy of our participants.  Please call Leah at 847-541-7754 or e-mail her at [email protected] to tell her of your needs.  She will help you choose the right meeting for you.

I hope that you will find the time and courage to come to our support group.  We are a friendly bunch.
