Description: WINGS operates three Resale Stores each located in Palatine, Schaumburg and Niles. Donations are accepted during our store hours. For free pickup (within 10 miles of store), please call Dave Baker at 847-884-7599.

Volunteers are needed to assist staff with sorting of donations, pricing merchandise, making creative and appealing displays, designing stylish clothing combinations for mannequins, organizing and stocking items on sales floor, assisting customers with furniture pickups, cleaning dressing rooms, and straightening clothing racks and sales floor.

Our stores provide the largest and most consistent source of funding for our program, which helps women and children in situations of domestic violence. The stores also allow the women in our program to go shopping for the clothing and household items that they need at no cost to them!

This volunteer opportunity is great for busy people who want to get involved, but have difficulty making long term commitments or need something that works with their busy schedule.
