the university of georgia holds an annual interdisciplinary research conference (irc) where the arts and sciences converge to present their collaborative research. while uga has an increasingly pervasive interdisciplinary theme, the conference welcomes the integrative efforts of universities throughout the southeastern region of the u.s. this 13th annual event also welcomes the far-reaching implications of creative research in the arts. in april of 2013, the graduate student association will host yet another prestigious event, and we hope you will find the time to watch, listen, and learn from a wide array of innovative collaborations from students and faculty at uga.

this year's conference theme will be "(insert theme here)." the irc will be held on the first floor of the tate center at uga, on friday april 12th.
