Chelsea's is an independent bar/restaurant (whether "bar" or "restaurant" is currently under legal dispute!) located in the Perkins Overpass area. I can hardly do Chelsea's justice here, so some of you other wiki folks are going to have to help me out here. Chelsea's is known for its great shows and great food. Every friday and saturday night you'll find live music. The gourmet grilled cheese is legendary, and the patio seating is delightful.

Chelsea's was originally located at 148 W State St but moved for some reason.

Notes: Chelsea's is a restaurant. The "some reason" that it moved in the first place has to do with the current sad status of the empty lot that presently occupies the original location. More on that later.
