This is a list of things that are hard to find in Belize and which may need to be imported from elsewhere.

  • Books and bookshelves
  • Pepsi-Cola products. You can find Fanta and Coke almost anywhere, but no Pepsi, Mountain Dew, Sierra Mist, etc.
  • Goat cheese, artisan cheeses. You can get goat cheese, brie, feta, and other imported cheeses at Ko-Ox Han-Nah Meat Shop in San Ignacio (633-8858).
  • Veggie burgers (or any kind of fake meat), although some restaurants make them by hand
  • Snow blowers
