One of the best parts about driving in Idaho are the license plates. Most of the license plates include a county prefix so that you know where people are from within Idaho. There has always been a little tension between Ada County ("1A") and neighboring Canyon County ("2C"), and I have been warned several times to watch out for "2C" drivers. Are they worse drivers than those with a "1A" license plate? I don't know. I do know that I have known people in the past who have lied about their address at the DMV so they can get that "1A" license plate...
