People come here to interact with their friends and family as well. This is a non-profit organization that accepts donations from our members and others outside of the organization. This facility is located on 2640 North Forest Road off the Audubon Parkway. The JCC is north of the University of Buffalo campus just west of Millersport Highway. Membership is easy to sign up for and the prices vary depending on who you are joining with. An easy way to find out more information about how to join is to access the website or call (716)-688-4033. The Jewish Community Center also offers tours of the entire facility before joining for no additional cost. Camp and Recreation

The three most popular camps at the Jewish Community Center in Getzville include Kiddie Camp where campers spend their days in our pools, singing, playing sports and other activities and creating beautiful art. The small, age appropriate groups help foster a well-built foundation for enduring friendships. The JCC’s well trained staff support self-sufficient growth and value the individuality in every child. Any child enrolled in this camp will obtain American Red Cross Swim lessons by certified instructors. There are half day and full day options available and camp begins June 28th and ends August 20th. Scooby Doo is an energetic half day sports clinic for boys & girls. The campers at Scooby Doo receive training in a variety of sports taught by specialists. The sports that are offered at Scooby Doo Camp alternate between tennis, soccer, basketball, and t-ball. Grades K-3 can participate in Scooby Doo. Scooby Doo camp begins on July 7th and ends on August 13th. Camp Centerland, located in Elma, Ny is a home away from home for a child. This camp is located on seventy eight acres of woods, fields and creeks for your child. As a traditional day camp, Camp Centerland offers seven structured program areas (Jewish cultural arts, arts & crafts, sports/games, nature, swimming, challenge course, performing arts) for campers to challenge themselves and explore the outdoors. Reconstruction

The Jewish Community Center is currently undergoing some changes and reconstruction. The facility in Getzville continues to remain open and accessible; however some of the things we offer aren’t usable during this period of remodeling. Some of these things include the gymnasium, indoor track, squash and racquetball courts, and the saunas/steam rooms. The JCC will have all new cardio equipment and weight training equipment, including benches, free weights and mats. This reconstruction won’t affect members from using our fitness facilities either. The goal is to have most of this project completed by the New Year.

Some of the equipment from the Fitness Center is located in alternate areas due to the reconstruction. Some of these equipment locations include, Cardio equipment and free weights in the auditorium, the Cybex equipment is now in the mat room. The Spinning classes are now located in Room 2 and the Pilates Studio is in Room 5.

The babysitting room is also now relocated to Room 3.
