Chester's is a Chinese Restaurant that serves good food for a reasonable price. The service is decent and the site is impeccably decorated. The decor is quirky - it's a Chinese restaurant with Italian decor. The owner makes the flower arrangements himself and they are quite lovely and adventurous creations. Definitely worth a trip.
