Overview:
Fresca Cafe and Gelato is meant to be more than your coffee shop. Instead of just grabbing a drink to go, customers can order gourmet crepes and gelato alongside their lattes. The vibe channels the elegance of Europe, with a wall fireplace in the back and light-up fountains in the front. The cafe serves everything from coffee to pastries to full meals.
Menu:
The menu offers drinks, appetizers, and entrées for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Eighteen different flavors of gelato are also offered daily.
Breakfast items include sweet and savory crepes, as well as an array of pastries. For lunch and dinner, soups, salads, and sandwiches are all available. Coffee, however, is the speciality in this cafe - there’s a separate menu entirely devoted it. Baristas make the coffee in front of the customer, and often add their own latte art on top.

Those who go to Fresca to enjoy the food can also sit back and enjoy the frequent performances held by the cafe. Friday Flamenco night is held on the first and third Friday of the every month in Fresca.
