There are 2,400 acres of parks and open spaces in the town of Cary. Most notably, Cary's parks include William B. Umstead State Park, Fred G. Bond Metropolitan Park and Hemlock Bluffs Nature Preserve. Recently, residents were surveyed for input on the master plan for the local park system, and their email responses were consilidated and published online here.
