Overview

Caffe Driade is an independent and locally owned espresso bar, teahouse and wine bar located at 1215 E. Franklin St. in Chapel Hill, North Carolina. All of the shop’s seating is outside on surrounding patios, and a trail leads from its back patio to the Bolin Creek Trail

Caffe Driade is owned by Scott Conary and was opened in 1995. Conary also owns Open Eye Café, located in Carrboro, and Carrboro Coffee Roasters, a small-batch coffee roasting company that supplies beans to both Caffe Driade and Open Eye Café. Carrboro Coffee Roasters sources its coffee beans from farmers directly, and sells its products at both shops and online.

The space is available to book for events.
