Open Chattanooga is a collaborative of citizens and City government leveraging data and technology to address community issues. Specifically, the collaborative consists of the Office of Mayor Andy Berke, the Chattanooga Public Library, and the citizen-led Open Chattanooga Brigade ( our local Code for America brigade).
