The Next Door is dedicated to helping women in crisis, equipping them for lives of wholeness and hope.  The Next Door's mission is to provide a continuum of evidence-based services for women and their families impacted by addiction, mental illness, trauma and/or incarceration with Christ-centered compassionate care.

The Next Door Chattanooga's Correctional Release Center (CRC), focuses on bringing lasting change to the lives of female felony offenders, their families and the communities of East Tennessee.  The CRC provides a range of services designed to meet the physical, spiritual, emotional and mental health needs of our clients.

The CRC is a public private partnership between The Next Door and the Tennessee Department of Correction, Tennessee Mental Health and Substance Abuse Services and the Tennessee Board of Parole.  It offers pre-release services for women within 90-160 days of their release.
