Artoberfest is a month long celebration of art in October. Chico Palio is the kick-off event. A guide is published to participating events. Artoberfest is sponsored by the City of Chico and the Arts Commission in partnership with Friends of the Arts, LearningChange, LLC, the National Endowment for the Arts, and the California Arts Council.
