Campbell Commons is a fifty-six unit, single room occupancy, affordable apartment complex on Flume Street.

Campbell Commons is named for the late Kevin Campbell, former Butte County Supervisor, Chico Unified School District board member and one of the first Executive Directors of the Community Housing Improvement Program (CHIP).
