Chan Pheng's is a Chinese restaurant in Central Chico. It is located in the Mangrove Center shopping center. Dishes are served family style at dinner, but you can choose from the lunch special or lunch buffet earlier in the day. The dining room has a good atmosphere and is quiet, and you can watch your meal being cooked through the large glass window into the kitchen.
