Chevy's was a Mexican restaurant located in downtown Chico in the old Bank of America Building. It was a part of a California based chain that still has locations across the country. They are known for their "Fresh Mex" menu.

The Chico location was open for five years, and was very expensive to open due to the renovations done on the multistory Bank of America building. However, despite the central location and the well established name, the restaurant reportedly never performed well, and closed in 2003 as a result.

While Chevy's was still in the location, Jamba Juice sublet the small portion of the building that they still occupy. Crush has been the current occupant of the former Chevy's spot in the building since 2007.
