The Chico B Substation is a building occupied by PG&E in the South Campus Neighborhood. It is immediately adjacent to an overflow parking lot for Chico State. The general area was also part of a soil rehabilitation project that sought to remove contaminated soil due to the operations of a long gone kerosene plant.
