Eastwood Court Apartments is an apartment complex in North Chico. They are one of the few pet friendly apartments in Chico, with a $300 deposit and an extra $25 in rent per month for your furry friend to live with you.

Apartments usually run 650/month (with 500 deposit) for the one bedrooms and 800/month (with 600 deposit) for the two bedrooms. They occasionally run specials so ask if they are running one.

Office hours are:

Mon-Fri 11 A.M. to 2 P.M.

Mon-Fri 5 P.M. to 6 P.M.

Saturdays 11 A.M. to 2 P.M.

2009-09-27 12:18:21   Out of all the apartments I have lived in, both in Davis and Chico, this one is not only the best in terms of the quality of the apartment, but the best managerial wise. The people here are extremely competent and are great working with you. This was reinforced again to me by my request to transfer into a 2 bedroom and they did this for me with no problem and at no extra cost to me other then the extra for the deposit. I highly recommend this place if you are looking for a quiet, nice place to live. Partiers and otherwise loud people are discouraged and will probably have a lot of cops called on you. —JohnNash
