Flournoy Country Store Flournoy (pop. ~200) is a small community in Tehama County that is west of Corning and is just east of Paskenta. Flournoy is likely home to those that do ranch work or who work for Crane Mills — a lumber company with privately managed land within the Mendocino National Forest.

This town has a country store that is also a post office and rents DVDs. The store has the town's only restaurant and are known for their big belly buster burgers. The store, restaurant, and post office, is on Paskenta Road. The Flournoy Country Store also has an interesting display of discontinued drink products. Coming from the west from Paskenta, turn left on the road just before the bridge. It's right across from Thomes Creek.
