Housing and Neighborhood Services Department is a department of the City of Chico located on the third floor of the Chico Municipal Center. This department was established to facilitate the participation of citizens in the government of their neighborhoods and to bring together into one place three important resources for neighborhoods: Housing, Neighborhood Planning and Code Enforcement.
