Kathy's Deli is a small eatery in West Chico that has a breakfast and lunch menu you'd expect at larger restaurants. They offer a wide variety of subs including what they call their "famous" philly cheesesteak sandwich, hot pastrami, Reubens, garden sub, and grilled chicken breast sub. In addition to subs they have a variety of hotdogs (kosher) and hamburgers including the mushroom swissburger. Fries and macaroni salad are just some of the sides you can choose from. Kathy's has a few ongoing combo specials such as pulled pork sandwich with homemade coleslaw.

Breakfast, among others, includes Eggs Benedict, croissant sandwiches, breakfast burritos, and even chicken fried steak. Here too they offer many sides such as eggs (any way you want them), pancakes, french toast, and even half an avocado. A cup of coffee is free with every breakfast!

If you're not willing to drink coffee, Kathy's has standard soda pop (Coke brand), Tazo teas, iced teas, hot chocolate, milk, and various juices.

In October 2008, Kathy's began to serve the late night crowd on Fridays and Saturdays from 9pm to 2am. Grub includes chili cheese fries, chicken wings, chicken strips, nachos, and onion rings. However by around the end of the fall Semester, and most certain by the end of Spring 2009, they stopped serving up night foods for unknown reasons.
