Scott Teeple (Feb. 5, 1947 - July 10, 2011) was a prolific muralist, who has made his mark all over the city of Chico. He was a graduate with a BFA from Chico State University. “I want it to be sort of like a jewel,” he said. ‘Something you have to take some pains to find. But once you do, it makes for kind of a nice little addition to the downtown landscape.”[1]
