St. Andrew's Day is November 30. It's the Scottish St. Patrick's Day! In Chico, you have to be one holiday ahead of the police. This year expect to see people wearing plaid, drinking scotch, eating haggis, watching Braveheart, playing golf, etc. Remember: Everyone is Scottish on St. Andrews Day!
