The Incredible Diamonds was a Chico rockabilly band led by local icon Matt Hogan. Hogan started the band in 1979 as Diamondback. The band performed continuously until Hogan's death in January, 2008.
Nicknamed The Diamonds, the band's line up changed continuously over the years as musicians moved to and from the area, and moved on to other projects. Some estimates place to total number of players from 1979 to 2008 at 50.
