The Shops at Mangrove is a shopping center/plaza at the corner of Mangrove Avenue and Vallombrosa Avenue near downtown. It currently houses T-Mobile, Panda Express and Jersey's Clips and Brews, but it also used to be the home of Noble Roman's, Tacone Flavor Grill, and Taco Del Mar before each went out of business in late 2008-early 2009.
