Third and Cedar Apartments - (formerly Kappa Sigma Delta House) are apartments on West Third Street in the South Campus Neighborhood.

The complex/house were occupied by Delta Chi (see Greek System) in the 80's. The complex is known for having HUGE parties. Do not expect to sleep much if you live here. Rumor has it the house has been around since the 1930's.
