Tong Fong Low (building from the East) first opened its doors in Oroville in 1912, offering Chinese food that is unique to Northern California and the surrounding areas. Popular dishes such as egg foo young and chop suey cannot be found in China because they are true Northern California creations, developed by early Chinese chefs using locally available ingredients.

The menu has expanded to include Szechuan, Hunan, and Cantonese influences and continues to grow based on your changing preferences.
