University Inn is a 42-room hotel in the heart of downtown Chico, just two blocks away from Central Park.

The 42-room hotel was constructed in 1962 and purchased by its current owner in 1999. It was a Vagabond Inn from 1999 to 2015, at which point it became its own independent brand.
