This is an OK apartment complex. It is still in college town so there are nearby parties that sometimes last late into the night, but it doesn't get too out of hand; there is an occasional fist fight, but nobody's ever been shot.

As of Spring 09 the rent was $995/mo. The management however isn't really interested in fixing stuff, frankly, she is impossible to get a hold of, even when she's home she doesn't answer the door.

So its OK in the fact that its not that expensive and you're not likely to get shot or stabbed, and its close to campus, but it is noisy, and the managers don't care about parties or fixing stuff. —98.208.82.5
