Each year the Cleveland-University Heights School District produces a musical, the first being in 2007. These musical are put on by at combination of elementary, middle, and high school students. The high school students play the main roles, perform in the pit orchestra, and manage the stage with the elementary and middle school students singing in chorus and performing in dance numbers. The musicals are high regarded and impressive productions with packed houses on ever night of the shows.
