Oak Street Bistro is an American bistro restaurant, specializing in soups, salads, sandwiches, and pastas. The restaurant was formerly located at 713 Oak Street.

Owner Pan Trent opened the Bistro in 1992 offering personal recipes in salad dressings, homemade desserts, and the OSB famous white cheddar cheese and dill soup. The house soup has won the Arkansas Democrat Gazette Best Soup Award for several years. Oak Street Bistro's soup won 2008 Best Soup Runner-up for Faulkner County.

Along with an assortment of food from Southwestern Wrap to Hot Crab on Old English Muffins to Chicken Bowtie Pasta or Mediterranean Quiche, the Bistro also serves wine and liquers. A membership is required because Faulkner County is a dry county. Lifetime membership is a one time member charge of $5 per family. A member is allowed to bring as many guests as needed.

Members recieve e-mails about wine tastings the Bistro hosts the third Thursday evening of every month hosted by wine connoisseur Bruce Cochran.

The OSB is also the location for Rollin' n' the Dough catering. Catering is available all year long for any occasion such as weddings, rehearsal dinners, business luncheons, and birthday parties.
