New Morning Bakery - They have a sampler for $4 something, where you can choose 2 items from the cold food options + a piece of their bread. Does not include drink. 

Peacock Bar and Grill - $1.99 breakfast special, only valid between 7-10am. Two eggs, a choice of meat, and a choice of bread or hash browns. 

Block 15 - $2.50-$5 "Hoppy Hour" menu, only valid between 2-5pm and after 10pm to closing.  This special menu has a variety of appetizer-like food that's cheaper than usual (and accordingly portioned smaller). Supposedly requires an accompanying minimum $2 drink, however. Tip:  Request your drink in 12oz glass to satisfy the $2 requirement. 

Papa's pizza - $4.19, mini-pizza. Cheese only.  Toppings are $. 30/choice, max of 5 choices.
