The Black Rock is a bar featuring live music and "the second best" pizza in Champaign-Urbana, depending on how you like your pizza. They do it with a cracker thin crust and inventive topping combinations, including combinations you choose. They're a small place and on crowded nights you can feel the strain when they run out of the sauce or beer you ordered but maybe if lots of people realize they have a lot to offer, they'll step it up a notch, so to speak.

It's also a close enough walk from The Black Dog that you can go here instead if you don't feel like waiting for a table there. It's a viable alternative.
